That is just a theory though check out these pictures you can see the black tire tracks and how lucky I truly was that sign would have fracked my car up bad and might have hurt myself or even worse my girlfriend.
See you hit like a slanted curb that isn't very high. I hit a 90 degree median curb much higher than that. I didn't counter steer enough and as I felt the *** end start to come around i locked up the brakes and hit the curb. I was now parked across a 2 lane road with 2 f-250 trucks coming towards me at about 40 mph.... seeing as how the stage 2 clutch was only 2 days old, it grabbed right off the floor and quick. So i stalled the car trying to back up. Started it back up and just barely got out of the road in time. I have never seen my girl so scared... so could've been alot worse thank god.
Since then, haven't taken that u turn again... lol. This was a year ago./threadjack

Wow I bet your were scared out of your mind as well. The curb I hit is a little smaller now thanks to my broken wheel. So were there any long lasting side effects?

update!!!!

Wow I just got back from the alignment shop and looks like the control arm is bent and knuckle and hub need to be replaced as well. That's another 5 or 6 hundred in parts right there. This mistake just got a lot more expensive

Little bit of fender/bumper gap on the passenger side. But no, nothing permanent.
