need a fellow enthusiest to help(prolly spelled wrong) cant get my g35 to start first mis fired the flooded towed home then started still misfired changed plugs and coils and now car wont turn just clicks once thought it was battery but swapped it out and still the same need some one to help not sure if swapping plugs and coils fixed first problem as i cant start the car text me anytime or email me 9726938527 or angetaku@gmail.com any help appreciated

so AFTER you made changes - it doesnt work anymore? did you mark the coils to make sure they went back EXACTLY how they came out? What about the spark plugs, did you have to do any gapping - I know some come pregapped?

honestly - dealership can plug in a CONSULT and tell you EXACTLY which one misfired or if there is even a spark. I hate to mention this but its really your only option unless you redo all the work you JUST did..

coil packs dont matter on our cars...its more of the wiring if its done right.....I can probably fix it needless to say since I was having alot of the ignition problems with my coil packs. where are you located at?

im in euless and still not working right even after coil change and spark plug change had a mobile mechanic look at it and he got it tofire by wiring a line directly to the battery from one of the fuses inside the car said something in between is blocking it and wont let it start, he started it but still ran like crap got alot of the excess gas out and actually started reving past 3k rpms checked the codes it gave a p300 i think multiple misfire should i replace all my coils or could it be another problem and what could posibly block the signal for the car to the starter to crank over im getting desperate need some help

probably misplugged a harness to a coil pack

if thats the case why is it still running like before we even changed the coils or plugs still misfiring

thanks for help guys im gonna try and check if i swapped the coil harness doubt it but i will check doesnt explain why it misfired and flooded in the first place tho hopefully i sort this out soon sucks being car less

Give some background of your car? Did you just purchase it and it's been running like that ever since? Did a specific incident mark the beginning of your problems? If a car won't start it's either air, fuel, or spark.

na its been running great and one day driving in traffic about 60 on 121 it started to miss then n it just starting missing more then died on side of road and had a nasty smell of gas i started her back up to move to the parking lot off the service road and as i tried to push the gas in it completely flooded i lost a quarter of a tank and it wouldnt start anymore just sat and cranked,it actually started again like 2 days later and when i tried to see if i could source out which coil might have failed me cause thats what i read on here it could be bad coil or spark plug well i didnt have intake all bolted up so when i moved it a lil to get to the coil plug i knocked intake off which then killed the car i tried to start it after i tightened intake back up and thats when now i cant even get it to crank just clicks put a new battery in and still the same

it actually starts but only when he bypassed something not exactly sure which fuse he wired up straight to the batter maybe igntion but it started just when he doesnt bypass it it just clicks like the batery is dead when it does run it runs like crap and gives the multiple missfire code

What mods do you have done electrical wise? Something may have grounded out & shorted, perhaps a frayed wire or something.

nothing electric just intake exhaust ya i was thinking that too but dunno what might have shorted
