Moab, Utah pictures (56k GTFO)

Here is a small sampling of the pictures that I took out in the desert of Moab, Utah. Enjoy! As always, the love/hate/constructive criticism is always welcome and appreciated.

Nice pics

You have a speck of dust on your sensor or lens. Look down and to the right of the moon in this shot:

^Shouldn't be too hard to make an action to remove it from all your shots (or at least greatly reduce it)

^ very nice! the rivers were incredibly high due to the melt-off from the snow, so the rapids were extra angry! i had a great time going through them...hope you have as much fun as i did!

do you camp out there, or do you grab a hotel? i camped at Hal Canyon off of I-70.

We stay at the Red Cliffs Lodge right on the river. July is perfect because the water is comfortable, still high and fast but not crazy, we can run the river twice in two days and stay close. Great times! My father in-law has all the rafts and equipment so we set our own pace.

Yeah the place is awesome. My in-laws help pay for it because they still love to raft. Hard to say no, even if it is our one vacation for the year.

wow, seriously Luke? not exactly what i was looking for in this thread...

hey man, that is one hell of a vacation if you ask me! i was out there for over a week and it was one of the most relaxing yet exhilarating vacations that i have ever taken. the added bonus of the reduced cost would just make it that much better man, being out there actually made me want a Jeep...haha!

No kidding. Fun, relaxing and exciting at the same time.

We have taken our three girls since they were 4, 2 and 2 (yes twins). They love it.
