Interior Repair?

Hey guys, I just had a little rip on my center console (sickening) and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about
1) whether i should have it professionally repaired or use some commercial repair product?
2) any place in the DFW area (Fort Worth preferably) to go to have it professionally repaired?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Just a side note to anyone who might have a similar problem.

I had only a small tear and the solution from upholstery shops (including the one above) was to have to totally re-cover the whole thing (in my case, the center console). This was going to be fairly expensive . . . roughly $150.

I was given the name of a guy who does Leather and Vinyl Repair. He came out to my location and fixed my tear in about 30 minutes and it looks great. I can barely even tell there was ever a tear there and someone who didn't know where to look would never notice it. I am very happy with the result and it was "only" $60.

Here is his info in case anyone else needs this kind of service. He is located out of Keller.
