I am about 10 - 15 mins away from UTA. I am close to the 3 highways so if you party in dallas or fort worth, it's not that long of a drive.

 

Sounds like a house right up from my Condos on Cooper and Green Oaks. It's a beautiful area over here. Minutes away from River Legacy Park, close to 360, 183, and 30. Great location. I love it over here.
