Hey jack. Whats the problem again? Is it not doing anything when trying to lock or unlock the doors? Do you hear anything at all when trying to lock or unlock? could be a couple of things. When they were putting the alarm in they may have crossed a wire and blown a fuse, left something unhooked or fried your actuator. Id first check to see if you are getting power to the actuator. If not then check all fuses. If it is getting power then see if everything is hooked up.

it gets power it doesnt it tries to move but can't

Yeah its a bad actuator just had Earmark fix their mistake everything else works as it should, I need some help in procuring one that is not over $100.

Good luck.....not even at my discount. However there is a g and a couple z's in some junkyards off of e. Jefferson down in gp if you wanna try there.

Cost + 10%.......I can't get one for that cheap. They cost more than thatg brand new. Sorry homey. If I come across one I will let you know.

Thanks for looking out, I dont need them anymore they kinda started working on their own again. Its so wierd.
