So I didn't end up going to look at one today, hopefully I can go tomorrow. There are very few for sale that are 6mt. I've been looking for 3 months and I'm starting to get impatient now.

So, I went and look at one tonight. It's 2004 58k miles has EVERY single option, has extended warranty price was 15k.
Few questions though,
My dad stated that the engagement of the clutch felt "weird" Is this normal?
Also when driving the car you can hear noise from the rotors or something, it sounded like a rubbing sound. I don't know if this is road noise or something but it didn't sound normal.

BUMP.
I went and looked at another one today, 2004 51k miles 6 speed asking 16k but i offered 14,500 cause the wheels were curbed up and it had some blemishes on the body. Other than that mechanically the car was perfect. He said my offer was fair and he would consider it, so i will see what he says.

QUESTION:
I'm looking at possibly two g35s tomorrow. One of them had a turbo installed before and he parted all of the car out to stock condition. Is there anything to be worried about? Should I stay away from this car?
Thanks.

IMHO, I wouldn't touch a car that had been boosted by a previous owner. It could be perfectly fine if it was done properly and had an excellent tune, but could also be on the verge of catastrophic failure if it wasn't done properly. I personally wouldn't take the chance. You can also pretty much guarantee that a car that has been boosted has been driven very spirited on a pretty regular basis. It's just the nature of boost. You always want more, and more, and..
