Looking for a solid used car
Looking for a solid used car
I'm lookin for a solid (dependable, won't fall apart) used car. My kid brother and sister have to share an Expedition and it is starting to quickly show its age. Maintenance costs are racking up and it no longer makes financial sense to keep it.
It would need to be a midsized car (probably not an suv and NO emad they won't be buying your G
). Keep in mind this is for a 16 year old and another who is about to turn 16 next year.
If anyone knows of anything at all please let me know. I haven't heard what the budget is...I'm just looking for now.

nissan altima 2.5 2002-2005 - you can find them for CHEAP and are easy to work on..
Honda Civic - (yes I sed it) but damn - they are solid and would be perfect on gas and are also easy to work on and parts are CHEAP..
You can find either for 3 to 6 grand...in for what the budget is..
just ran a search for 8 grand and both cars and came up with 216 results....you have your options boss.

Yea I had altima/civic/accord tucked away as a sure thing in case nothing else pops up. It will be a lot easier once I know what the budget is. Working on an altima or civic for him would be a breeze lol.
his wheels dont look like this do they?

Solid = Honda Civic or Accord.

You forgot the newest civic. The lancer. Not a bad option with four doors and reliability.
