As for the right on red - go back to the intersection and look to see if there was a sign indicating that the turn was illegal. If not, see if you can have that one dismissed too.
Most everyone knows about my run-in with the Dallas PD a year or so back...it was not fun and insanely expensive.
can't ziptie it, got no drilled holes on the bumper cuz i told the dealer not to drill any heh so i may have to use double-sided tape or somethingOriginally Posted by VicariousVision
The front plate ticket can be dismissed via the Fix-It Ticket program. Just attach the license plate to your front bumper (most ziptie it to the grill or something similar) and go to the courthouse to have it dismissed - costs like $15 I think. As for the right on red - go back to the intersection and look to see if there was a sign indicating that the turn was illegal. Get creative - it's a lot less expensive than the alternative Originally Posted by Z34

As for my run-in...you can search for the original thread (I'm WAY too lazy on a Sunday morning), but it basically boiled down to the fact that I got lost downtown looking for the House of Blues late one night with no traffic on the road. I was driving under the speed limit trying to find it. Cop pulls me over and takes about 30+ minutes to write me 3 tickets for no front plate, not signaling for at least 100 feet before changing lanes to pull into the lot, and not completely stopping behind the white line at the red light to turn into the lot. In total it cost me around $800. It was literally a crime how much I was charged for it. Don't even get me started on why I think that the city of Dallas is so effed up.

Good zhit! Then I got off "easy".. cuz I turned like 3 times to get into a parking lot and I didn't signal AT ALL plus I was parked like zhit too lol

just use double sided tape, thats what I did. I may have been excessive and taken it a step further by welding bolts onto it and cutting them off in the back so it looked like it was screwed on
