Mechanically-inclined peeps... help!

Ok, I wouldn't call myself mechanically-inclined, but I thought I could handle installing a short ram on my Accord.... WRONG!

I am having some issues...

1. PIC 1 (bottom red circle) and PIC 2 (close up).
The 2 metal tubes are the exact same size... how the hell do I seal this up?
Should I use a rubber tube to hold them together? Should I use a clamp as shown in PIC 3 (yellow circle) to hold the rubber tube down properly? If no, then what should I do?

2. PIC 3.
This rubber tube is not tight, easily comes off. Should I use a clamp as shown in PIC 3 (yellow circle) to hold the tube down?

3. ALSO, This Accord came with a ghetto mod of daylight running headlights, with wires running all over. Who wants to un-mod this for me?

PIC 1

PIC 2

PIC 3

TIA!

Yes all of the tubes should have the rubber hose on it and have the clamp just like in the yellow circle. You can get those parts for cheap from the Honda dealership.

6-pack of beer, if its not too complicated and you can keep those parts.
