I read through everything awhile back and have followed closely since. The issue at hand is that he now wants to back pedal cause he was fully exposed. Now he wants to rectify the issues he's purposely caused. I don't know. I wouldn't take it lightly nor would I drop a lawsuit if this were done to me. He needs to get checked legally for what he's done

What has been done cannot be undone. He shipped a box of waterbottles in a turbo box to someone. I see absolutely no good intentions in that course of action.

IMHO, there is no way he can redeem himself. He can backpedal, but when all is said and done, he should be banned anyways.

GL to all involved.

Agree 100%. There are quite a few people on these forums who are a little lacking in the common sense department at times, but NO ONE deserves to be scammed. I would never wish that frustration on any one.

Seriously that Flo dude deserves it. If your that dumb to hear that someone sold the kit to three different people and then say im going to give it time and he will come through means your thick. I wouldnt have given that guy money in the first place after all the shenanigans he was pulling then to have faith after the truth came out damn. Thats just dumb. Sorry.

the guy that sent me the aps kit seemed shady as hell! he keep putting the package on hold after i send my turbo kit, so i contacted fedex and had it returned to my house. Then he wanted to try and resend everything again so this time i sent the water bottles to be on the safe side for myself to say the least, his kit didnt show up forever then as i sold the kit to flo his kit showed up... everything was returned to him.. he just blew it outta the water, and never has said thing bout him putting his kit on hold 3 different times, and lying bout when he sent it...

Personally dude....i think more people would be more understanding if you had taken the moral high road. Sending him a box of water was a crappy thing to do all the way around. Idc if you thought you were getting scammed or not. You pretty much ruined your rep on my350 and now that all the guys on here no about it......i doubt anyone will be doing any kind of business with you. I know i wont.
