Z1 VQ35 basic engine rebuild kit....
Guys, I am debating on pulling the trigger on this kit...
http://www.z1motorsports.com/350_g35...oducts_id=3546
I am aiming for about 400-420rwhp, and wanna do it safely... in the next few months, I will be getting 600cc injectors, and clutch/FW combo. APR studs as well.
I wanted to see if that looks like a good deal on a combo of wiseco pistons and eagle rods for 989$
I found this as well,

Just a few bucks more. and no, i dont need higher end things, these will suffice for what i want.
Thoughts? I will also be posting this in the FI section, but just wanted to get local opinions if anyone has any good input..

eagle rods will hold you to about 450 hp. I actually have some going in my NA build.
Id suggest some ARP L19 Headstuds to go along with the rods and pistons to prevent head lift when you boost more.
the other thing you should look at is new crank/rod bearings when you are in there. the ones you have now are worn in for your current setup.
something else, usually at a minimum you will need to hone your block when using new pistons so the rings seat well. if they don't seat well you will have oil consumption issues and probably make lower power than you could.
