Yall know this car??

This was posted in the general topic section but was sent here so maybe yall can help..

http://www.euroautohaususa.com/detai...d-6642217.html

Just wondering if I am getting a good deal with the turbo and the miles on the car.. Car was previously taking to a dealer ship and had been inspected and everything checks out good.. I had to put a $500 non-refundable deposit so they will hold it til saturday for me and I live 7 hours away.. I am actually only financing $12500 so I figured for the great shape its in and seems like the turbo kit was actually installed professionally from the looks of it, it was a good deal.. The place I am getting it from really didn't know much about the turbo kit but said it runs great without any mechanical probs whats so ever.. Figured if I got there and didn't like the car I would be only out 500 bucks HA..

hmmmm.. i dont think i've ever seen that car locally... strange, it's got some nice stuff on it! if it's in good running condition, that's a pretty damn good deal with the wheels and all...

wish i could help you out on the car. A lot of the G guys are going to a ricekiller meet and Cars and Coffee is that morning as well, so you might not have the best of luck getting anyone t ogo with you. I'll be in austin, otherwise i'd be down to help.

It's in carrollton, which is down the street from me. Good luck and keep us posted. where you coming from?

OP the car looks clean from what I can tell. It has what looks to be Greddy EVO2 exhaust, the turbo kit I cannot tell from the pics but I would say maybe Greddy single turbo.....rims are Volk SF Challenges which are very nice rims. The Brakes are not Brembo but look like Akebono from the pics and the design. Also it has 2 Defi gauges inside and AEM Wideband UEGO - AF...thats what I can tell so far. Overall very clean looking and def a good pick up for 12,5 in 6mt with black on black

I saw that car in Arkansas once, but I don't know anything about it. I never saw it here in DFW. I actually parked next to it in Arkansas once; or at least I am assuming it is the same car (I can't imagine there is more than one OB Coupe with black Volk GT-Challanges in Arkansas).

It looks like a Turbonetics kit which can be hit or miss on quality. Some had boost creep issues, but overall most people seem happy with the kit. It is cheap and easy to replace components.

I would be very leery about buying a boosted car, and not knowing the history. With that said, the price on that one is not too bad, and even if some work was required it may be worth it.

I pass by this car everyday lol I work in the office buildings right down kellway. That's a dammed good deal for the price. I know for a fact it hasn't been out there that long. I noticed it as soon as they parked it. They have one hell of a car lot im sure you will leave satisfied. Tires look a little low on tread I may be wrong
