There isn't a mod for it. The taillights are on a circuit board. The best advice I can give u is hit up kp technologies. I think they made something that might work but not sure if they make it anymore

Your hardpressed to find anything, or anyone that knows how to do the sedan taillight mod around here.

Though this might help.

I figured they are on a circut but there are wires to the connecter. Im just curious if i could put the wires together (correctly). ill find out if kp tech still does it or if they can give me the info on how to do it. are they local?

No they aren't local. You will not be able to just cut wires and splice. You will need relays and what not. They use to make a module that you wire in.

i just contacted KP Tech about it. i would be nice if they still do it. I figured it would need relays and such. I asked them if they could send me how to do the mod if they dont make them any more.

Its gonna b very difficult to do. That's all kp technologies does and they still had a diffficult time doing it. Its something with the way the leds are laid out. Good luck with it. Eventually ill get ahold of kp. I thk they wanted like 150 for the module they made

^ they have not got back to me when I emailed them on the 16, I don't expect a instant response. They did it on a 03/04 sedan tails ( im pretty sure ). I have been looking at the schematics and the brake lights already have resistors, im going to shoot the wires and get the power readings (amps, M amps),and see what I need besides a relay to match the power (resistor) going to the brake lights.
