Oh HELL!!!
Yup.. But we're talking about meeting in person.. Looks like it's gonna be Twin Peaks if you can make it.. Next Tues at 6pm is the live draft...
We officially have the first 10 teams...
NICE..
If others are interested in joining, you need to sign up in pairs.. and we can have up to 20 teams.. Lemme know the pairs, and I'll start incrementing the amount of teams..

Looks like Bluebob and Brit are up for meeting in person at Twin Peaks around 5-5:30 pm next Tues Aug 30.. How many other folks are interested in a live draft? You'll need to bring a laptop or something so that you can make your selections.. The restaurant has free wifi.
Is that a confliction for anyone to get off of work? Because you really need to BE there and be settled by 6pm because the draft will automatically start at that time with or without you.. If you know you're gonna miss the first couple of rounds, then you should at least have some players in your pre-draft to ensure you have the possibility of getting a player you actually want..
There's 15 rounds and each team manager has up to 2 mins to pick a player..
The draft ordering will be random, and the selection process will be in a snake pattern..
1-10, 10-1, 1-10, 10-1, etc..

Yea, no age requirement....
and subscribing to this thread for updates...![Smilie](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Twin Peaks or Brick House... both offer deals for scheduling a draft event. T, I would suggest pushing the time a little just so we're sure everyone is there and ready. Perhaps back 30 mins (shrug)
Just tell me where to be and I'm there.

I've done the same thing bro... here's the run down..
Every week, you have to select your starters for each position..
QB - 1
RB -2
WR - 2
TE - 1
W/R (wide reciever/running back) - 1
Kicker - 1
Defense (you get a whole team's defense, not individual players) - 1
SO of those those positions, you need at least THAT many players.. You will also draft 6 bench players.. For a total of 15 on your team..
Something to think about.. Draft backups of each position just in case one of your players gets hurt, because that happens of course.. If it happens in a game, you're just screwed out of those points for that particular game in that position.. But the following week, you obviously won't use that player.. If you have a backup QB for instance, you'll just start them, but if you don't, you'll have to negotiate a trade w/ another team manager..
This is also a good idea in case one of your starters is starting to become consistently sucky for whatever reason.. You can put them on the trading block and until they're traded, you'll have a good player to use from your bench.
With that in mind.. Choose wisely bro.. You might draft Tom Brady for instance as your starter, and he gets hurt.. Then next week you have some GIMP quarterback that can't complete a pass because you didn't think to draft a good backup.. LMAO!!!
