new xm install, no audio through right speakers??

i posted this on the Audio, video, Sat, Nav forums but thought I would post it here too.

basically i just installed a new oem xm receiver and am not getting any audio on the right speakers on any xm stations. cd's, fm/am work fine though. i double checked the connections (antenna, ground, bus cable/main wiring harness) and reseated them but the problem is still there. i got another antenna from circuit city since that would be an easy thing to test and it didn't make a difference. i also pulled out the receiver to make sure that there wasn't any sort of obstruction or bent pins, and everything looked good. the bus link cable also looked fine. anyone else have this problem? tips/suggestions are appreciated.

Where'd you buy the XM receiver from? Maybe try calling Grubbs?
