Its just the way they conduct business. I have owned Ford all my life and never had them not own up to a problem when it was clearly a defect in thier product. Hood hienges are bent and the dealership (Sew@ll Infiniti) said I don't know how to close my hood. Damm, did anybody get a manuel that explains how to do this???? hummmm scratch, scratch .....

Yes, I Hoot at Grubbs is going to replace the hinge, they won't take care of the damage that the bent hinges did, that's more than Sewell would do thou. I will give Grubbs credit for that. John the jerk-off service manager is the one over at Sewell I spoke with. Watch out if you take your car over there, they won't own up to anything over there. According to him his techs make 60-100K a year and do no wrong. (that's BS).

As good as service I've gotten I must admit that I don't have 100% trust in their techs...they always leave stuff off, scratched my console when the H/U was replaced and tried to return it to me like that, my PIAA LED's "disappeared" after they replaced the headlights...

As a matter of fact that is the A$$ Hole I spoke with. What a jerk he is. Grubb's Infiniti is replacing the hinges and painting them on Monday, I should have never bother with Sewell they were just closer to my job .

You would be amazed at how many people who have bought their cars from other Infiniti dealerships get their rides serviced at Grubbs. I have heard many strange stories in the past 3 years about other service centers. That includes other performance shops as well.

It seems that sooner or later when people have issues that cannot be resolved elsewhere they come to Grubbs to get it done right. It may sound like a commercial but it's true. I hope it all works out for you.
