i wouldn't think there's that big of a difference, for any stock AT i thought its all in the 14's

the times you run are largely dependent on the track and conditions.

It all depends on the track & conditions. Ideally, you will want low 14's. But that takes time, practice, experience, and "ideal" conditions.
If you're lucky enough to have VERY low DA's, even negative DA's (which is unheard of in summer), you could possibly break the 13's with excellent driving, but that isnt realistic, especially if its your first time. It's happened before, but like I said, you'll need very low to negative DA's and almost perfect driving.
It's summer, so just go out there and practice shifting and most importantly, launching.
Goodluck!

What is so confusing about what I said?
A stock 6MT with low gas will run mid to upper 13s.
I answered for a 6MT first then saw that he specifically asked about an AT so I went back and added the 14s.
EDIT: I should say "can" not "will" run 13s.

hey went to the track for the first and only time last summer. it was a 98 degree day... i pulled off many runs from 14.8 to my best of the night 14.4 @ 98mph. It was my first time to the track and i ran the car as is.. you should be expecting anything between there with your auto. I havent had the chance to go again.. but i would do a lot of things differently if i went again. The first time is just a learning experience..
