went to track today and ran a few times against this guy with a s/c viper. best he got was 8.1 in 1/8 and we just happened to leave at same time and this is what the dumbass did leavin the track

thats exactly what i did..hahahaha after i made sure they were ok... makes it worse is he is a cop. so was his passenger

 

heres us running the 1/8 he got 8.1 and me 9.2

 

atleast by that video we can tell he knows how to drive in a straight line

 

how did he run off the road?

 

the road leavin track has 4 very tight corners and i guess he was tryin to drift

 

its hard to keep even a stock viper in control. you did the right thing by laughing at him though

Anyway, I have the same tire setup as you and ran the same times on Friday except I ran the whole 1/4. I could not grip at all at first. How did you launch? Do you have an auto or manual?

my 1st 3 runs a gripped great but after that i was sliding everywhere. 1st time i ever had traction problems though.. i was still gettin 2.0 or 2.1 60' times.. still none under 2 though and thats all i want is a few 1.9s or 1.8s
