on a srs note, you needa start modding so you can beat that mustang eventually

practice and you will be alot faster when it gets cooler. Example my car runs a consistent 13.5 with a best of 13.1@107 in good weather.

I ran last weekend to see what it can do in hot weather my best was 14.3@100 the DA was over 3k.

Don't get discouraged by your times it's actually too hot to get any decent times. Just practice on your launch and shifting.

What was your 60ft? I pulled 2.1 last week I usually pull in the 2.1-1.9 with a couple of 1.8's in good weather.

Holy *****, your car was .8 to 1.2 seconds slower in 3K DA air? Don't mean to scare you, but are you sure there isn't something wrong with the car? My cars usually see a .3 to .4 second and 2-3mph difference in 3K air vs sub 1000' air. In 4500'-4900' air, I see about a .6 to .7 second and 5mph difference.

Yes OC finally got me and I'm out of warranty so a used motor arrives this week. I've gotten 200+ runs in the last 2yrs on my last motor.

I'm going to have some Kelford stg 1 N/A cams installed before the motor goes in the durations are 264In/256Ex.

I have a before and after of that DMK intake without the top and added a 1/2 spacer and gained 14hp in the top end over a 5/16 spacer with kinetix v+. Went from 250hp to 264hp on the same dyno (DynoJet RT tuning). I ran the 13.14 on the 250hp tune.

Sorry for the thread jack

Agreed, DA is everything. I've noticed over a fullsecond on some N/A cars going from here to sea level(ish) (depending how fast your car is up here obviously), and up to 10 mph. Average DA up here is 7000-10000 feet, 7000 being a cool day, and 10,000...well, 100 degrees in a low pressure system

8-1.2 second in 3K air is not right, that sounds like a mechanical issue of some sort...you'd expect that in 8000+ DA's.
