I had the same terrible launch with those, but I was able to carry those down the track quicker because of the size dif. I'll def be in the 12's with slicks and a sea level track...until then all I can do is use their corrections to see what I would have gotten at sea level.
That EVO driver must not know how to launch, he should have raped you off the line if he knew what he was doing. With a good driver they can cut 1.7-1.8 60' in stock form. You do know that when the light turns green you don’t have to go right then. You can wait and go when you’re ready, because the time doesn’t actually start until you hit the first sensor. Otherwise if you go on the light your just doing it to work on your reaction time.

If I don't feel like messing with the person next to me, I normally let them take off first so their launch doesn't distract me. Then you can reel them in for fun.

Bro, you're not really telling me the facts about dragging, are you? Of course I know an EVO should have raped me...he admitted to having a bad start and he was the faster car, I just won the race. I never go on the green, always on the 3rd yellow...gives me .150 reactions (or .650 if they aren't starting .500 at zero)...I consider myself a pretty good driver...just need to get this new clutch and flywheel down.

I hope I didnt offend you by saying that. I have met alot of people who assumed you had to go when it turned green. Sorry bro no offense.

No offense taken. Sorry my sarcasm wasn't obvious...when I re-read my post, I noticed the implied offense.
