It's to deceive, distract, mis-lead... Example: the balance of the car... You turn your steering wheel side to side real quick, the car starts to break one way but you break it back the other way. Going left around the track, your front tires will be pointed to the right while the read end is going to the left, and opposite when going right around the track. It's to be deceptive that it's going to go one way, but it's going the other way instead.
