Is it only me or does this hand brake really suck? It never wants to lock the rear wheels. Has anyone done anything to modify it?

the only thing you can really do to make the stock ebrake work is putting like a 6 foot handle on it lol.
its not really good for anything but believe it or not can lock up the rear tires mid drift for like a split second lol.

but in all honesty you will need a hydro set up if you plan on ebrake entry's

The ebrake works great with super soft Project Mu drum shoes. The stock ones suck!

You should be able to find them cheaper from retailers.

You could get a full working hydro system for less then that and you don't have to worry about snapping a cable lol.

these hand brakes really do suck cant use it for locking up my tires i just have to powerover, faint or clutch kick. these Gs are a bit heavy and the weight transfers pretty rough.i dont recommend drifting these cars there more for road racing time attack.. i tore my suspension up drifting mine my vehicle dynamic system was freaking out..lol i try not to throw my G around to much but hey sometimes u cant help yourself but to kick **** sideways..

but i do notice without being lowered and having strut tower bars the weight transfers pretty rough. it seems easier when iam sliding right, but when i transfer to left i tend to slide out dont know if its my diff or maybe my stock susp. but its always easier sliding right. i never had tht problem in my 240 hatch,is the G35 stock diff 2 way or just 1.5
