A/T Tranny Model #
Guys - Does anyone know if our G's use the same transmission as the Q45 ( #RE4R03A )? I ask because if so, Precision Industries makes a torque convertor for it. It's $989.60 plus installation but believe me when I tell ya that it makes the biggest "bang for your buck" of any mod other than F/I. It dropped my GS400's quartermile times by .35 seconds & I see not reason that similar gains with the G aren't attainable ( although the GS4's a heavier car so it needed the T/C ). If no one knows, any ideas as to how to determine the model number? TIA!

Look under the hood on the tag, RE5R05A. I have seen elsewhere that it is the same as the Q45 but the model number MeanGene gave doesn't look right.

Dave - Thanks for the heads-up! My tag also reads RE5R05A but I didn't know it was THAT easy to find!! Gonna E-beam Precision about availability now & I'll post their feedback.
