Well today I got wonderful news that my car was about to recieve its 3rd trans.. So I get pissed then start thinking logically.. Hummm if I get them a flywheel b4 Friday that can install it for me next to nothing since they are going to take out the trans anyway.. So I ordered the flywheel and turned a bad thing into a GREAT THING!!! I cant wait till Monday.. I miss my car already and will have to go the weekend without her.. My car that is hehe..

Has anyone have this thing done to a G35?? Iv seen the 350z start doing this just wondering if anyone else has some input or comments on it... Anything would be great!!!

Lightened Fly Wheels are Great for Quick Revs, However the Down Side is the Revs Drop Just as Quick........ Works well for Drag Racing though......

Downside is you loose the dual mass part of the stock flywheel that quell's second order noise. Most all lightened flysheel install's, even the "not much lighter" Nismo flywheel have ower's reporting that at idle to around 2k you get a noise that sounds like sand in the transmission. Had my dealer not forbid doing a flywheel install as part of a warrantied tranny swap, I would have done the Nismo unit anyway's, oh well.

I wont mind the noise as long as I know that it is normal.. My dealer was realy cool about it and said everything will still be warrantied after the install except the flywheel. Witch is fine.. I like the fact that it will rev faster up and down as the only racing ill do is Drag..

i was going to do that but tehy told me my tranny was gone after i they had already replaced it
