Clutch Problems

Today when I was driving home from work my clutch, as I was leaving the parking lot, my car did the strange sticking sensation that I have read about before on G35 driver. The clutch seemed to not come out completely and then it smelled as though permanent damage was inflicted. However, that wasn't the end of my problem as this has happened before recently and I haven't been able to get it to the dealer yet. As I was getting on the interstate, my clutch seemed to disengage every time I touched the gas, even though I was touching the clutch at all. When I lightly tapped the gas, it would rev up and then fall back down. This happened in every gear and clutch take up is also extremely light now. Any ideas? I feel like I'm going to need a new clutch.
