350z has tcs off button, why dont we? I figure however if there is simply a fuse like we have all talked about. It would be very simple to wire it to a switch, i have one non used bottom area on my car which would be perfect for it. Any thoughts?

Traction Control System, not all 350Z have VDC

There is a VDC off button.

You're right pestilence, look on 5-21 of the owner's manual. It explains that the VDC, TCS, and LSD are all linked into one, with only one defeat button. That defeat button only defeats the VDC, and TCS. (page 5-22). The LSD and ABS are always on. The interesting thing is that there's only one indicator light to tell you if any of the systems are activated.
(not sure if ABS has separate activation light. Don't think so.)

Yes, Gsedanman is absolutely correct, on the G, all of these systems are tied together. So what would normally be independant systems on other vehicles is indeed tied together on the G. If you kill the VDC system, (trust me on this one) the traction control system goes BYE BYE!!! Also, he is correct that ABS & LSD will always be on, never a way to turn off Anti-lock & LSD is Limited Slip Differential, which is the mechanical construct / gearing of the rear end on the car, so it just functions the way it's geared (but I think the system in this car may also use the brake in tandem, not 100% sure about that), however VDC & TCS are switched off with the VDC kill switch, I've got some asphault with some degree of layer from my rear tires around here to prove it!! Just try hitting the gas making a left turn with the VDC off, all I can say is you had better have a WIDE road!!

Im still breaking her in. But i cant wait to begin perfecting countersteering. I really dislike that we do not have another indicator for tcs off. Also sadly we cant turn off the abs. Ive never done a burn out with abs. Does the abs try and control how your holding the car still while burning?
