Need a clutch - ORC clutch

I'm thinking of getting a clutch and my friend is going back to Japan so I figured that I could have him bring me one of the best clutches from Japan out there.
However, there is one problem.
Here are the questions I have in mind.

1) Can any shop do a clutch installation without instructions? Obviously there isn't going to be an english manual for the ORC clutch.

2)The clutch is for the Z33, will it fit the G35(NA bolt ons only)?

3)If nobody can install it, which clutch should I go for? I have decided on the JUN flywheel(14.2lbs) . I need a clutch but can't decide. One that doesn't engage too harshly but preferably able to hold high tq if I decide to go FI one day.

4) Is the flywheel the only piece that determines noise(chatter)? or does the clutch play a part too? I might as well go for the clutches available in the US if the choice of the clutch doesn't affect the noise. Since I think the choice of clutch determines only how harsh it grabs and how much it can grab before slipping ?
