Rogue Engineering Short Shifter Installed

I installed my rogue engineering short shifter last weekend and it's awesome. It makes the throw perfect, like it should have come from the dealer. Since the lever is longer than stock, it reduces the effort to shift, meaning no more notchyness, it just snicks right into gear. Installation wasn't too bad, it would have been easier if I had a lift, but using one jack stand on one side made it hard to manuver underneath. You have to detach the tranny fork from the lever, but that mechanism is above the drive shaft.. Taking it off and on is easy, but oddly enough putting that damed rubber boot back on is the hardest part. It covers the mechanism from underneath the car. I give this mod an A+..

The shifter is no higher/lower than the stock one. The throw is reduced a good 30%. www.rogueengineering.com/350z i think...
