Is yours still covered under the bumper-to-bumper, or do you just have powertrain left? Just wondering, because I think everyone who says theirs was replaced under warranty still had bumper-to-bumper coverage. In any case, I would argue for the clutch slave/master cylinders to be fixed under the powertain warranty...

Yes it still is under warranty, i even purchased the elite extended warranty too.

Actually I am going to call infiniti back and find out exactly how they figure this is a non warranty item.

So here is the deal to those that are wondering.

The cluch master and slave cylinder are covered by the 4 year/ 60k basic warranty. Not under the Infiniti Elite warranty that I purchased for the car.

Oh well.

Wow--that sucks. I had thought about getting an extended warranty, but I may reconsider. Was it at least written down as an exclusion? I thought the extended warranty was bumper-to-bumper...
