Diff between interval service main vs 30k tuneup?

Can someone tell me if theres a big difference? When I look at the lists, the exacts same things are getting replaced, but the tuneup just inspects more parts. Replace all the filters, check brakes, lube stuff etc. The main differences I saw were not replacing the drivebelt and no transmission flush. I'm asking because I took to to Nissan to get my car serviced. First of all the 30k tuneup at Nissan is half the price of Infiniti. Then the interval service was a couple hundred dollars cheaper still. So I did good right?? Confirmation please.
I mean I think I got all the big stuff, so I should be ok right?

Each dealership set it own prices for labor, interchangable filters should be priced the same at MSRP..................liquids may vary same as disposal and local government fees by states.

To maintain your Nissan warranty all that is required is an oil/filter [legal documented by shop with VIN, mileage, parts used description, and SIGNED on busineess receipt] change every 7500 miles or 180 days.............all so you are required to keep all liquid levels full at all times, this means add oil and others as necessary.

The concept that is missed is Dealer has no financial incentive for the vehicle to last past warranty and looks forward to the day when they can start charging you for worn out parts replacements, therefore extraordinary preventative maintenance is not in their vocabulary.

Well then I guess I'm covered since I am getting an oil change and fluids topped off then. I guess I just need to worry about the drive belt then.
