I have an 03' g couple and when i hit 45,000 mls Iam hearing a clicking noise when it in drive or reverse. I heard about some bulltin about the axle bolts back there self's out and start making a noise under load. Has anyone heard of this before?

Yup, most likely the axle bolts. I had a loud clicking/knocking sound coming from the passenger rear........1st, 2nd, and reverse, the sound was very obvious. Very easy fix.

 

Are there any problems taking out the axles. when doing this

 

It was a pretty simple DIY, just pull out the axles and regrease them. I didnt need to replace the bolts and the clicking sound went away.

You will need an impact wrench to get the big bolt that is in the center of the hub...that thing is on there tight as ****!!!
