Better Torqe Converter Nessecary?
I'm planning of upgrading my tranny with an valve body from either stillen, level 10, or sgp. But stillen doesn't offer a converter upgrade, but sgp does. Which route should I go? running the 3.33 pulley right now, but upgrading to 3.12 once it gets to here.

What kind of racing you plan on doing? If you plan on brake torquing at the track then the converter would be a good idea.
I had the SGP valvebody done [its WONDERFUL by the way] but the not the tq converter.... now almost a year later I'm gonna have them slap it in...
Go ahead and get it put in while the tranny is apart.

I have the Forged Performance version which should be the same mod. Fast shifts rock!!! Some have complained about the shifting in auto but I believe these are older model trannies so I'm 90% positive it depends on the gen of the tranny on the smoothness.
Tranny does not need to be dropped for the VB, tranny does need to be dropped for the TC so don't think it's a while you're in there do the TC. It's an option but the only thing you may save is a fluid change if you do the VB before the TC.
