Just wondering how painstaking this will be and how long it would take. I'd have access to a lift to do it.

 

I didn't do it myself but saw the whole install process on my car. It is decently time consuming and messy. ATF fluid will be everywhere, so let teh car cool down or else you will get burned. Take your time and carefully document where each of the screws go, so that you know exactly where to put them when everything goes back together.
