yes they are both designed off the stock 300z twin turbo clutch...if you ever go oem with your rps flywheel you need a 300z twin turbo clutch kit

As of this point, I'm finding out that they don't fit together. Right now, I'm working with the retailer to find out if RPS sent the wrong flywheel. From the combination they sent me, the RPS flywheel is about 3-4mm in diameter larger than the JWT pressure plate out of the JWT clutch kit. This means both the alignment pins and screw holes don't match up. FYI, this is for the 03-04 drivetrain.

If u have the RPS flywheel for 350z then u would need a clutch from 300zx tt. Is that what u have?

I had the company I ordered the parts from verify with RPS and JWT to verify fitment, and they both told the company they would fit. RPS might have sent me the wrong diameter flywheel and offered to send me the matching clutch to go with, but I didn't have time to wait around for another clutch, so I went with the complete JWT (flywheel/clutch) setup.
