question about transmission ?

i want to change my synchronizers form the 1st till the 6th (heavy duty) so i need your advice from where do i have to buy them and what is the best

also i want to change the stock clutch and the stock flywheel also whats the best performance brand and gives more power

my car small mods

Injen SS Dual Cat-back System
Custom Carbon Fiber Intake w/ HKS Filter
Nismo Thermostat

i think am going to ACT but there is many types whats the best for my car?

there is the z1 motorsports clutch and flywheel....jim wolf technologies..ACT..and alot more..i plan on switching from my jim wolf clutch and flywheel to the Z1 motorsports one..more heavy duty and less stress on your crank from the pressure plate.
