Transmission Coolant Problem

I have looked around and found some info, but I wanted to try to gather all of it before I do any final decisions. Currently my '06 G35 sedan 2wd is throwing a P1759 Front Brake Solenoid error code. Two shops said yep it's bad and require a new transmission. I have sourced a used transmission and will have the install done.

However, I have heard the root problem for this transmission is coolant getting into the transmission fluid. If that's the case do I get a transmission cooler and bypass the radiator completely? I have seen threads on here adding the transmission cooler but they run it inline with the radiator heat exchanger.

I just want to know what would be best and cheapest to fix my car. It only has 93k miles on it...real bummer
