Question about my clutch..

Hey guys I recently bought a 2003 g35 coupe and Ive been loving it but...my clutch is very stiff from top to bottom and when letting off the clutch it is very squeaky and it creaks. I drove a friends 2004 coupe the other day and the clutch was ridiculously smooth all the way and no sounds at all. Do these cars have the same clutch or was it updated? My car really squeaks a lot when leaving from a stop. Any suggestions? I am still under drivetrain warranty I only have 50,000 miles. THIS IS REALLY DRIVING ME CRAZY PLEASE HELP!!! I am also on Long Island, NY if any of you can suggest that I bring it to a dealership or anything that can be done to fix it.

I just called infiniti and they said clutches are not under warranty. Do any of you know anything about this?

The clutch itself is not but they should fix the squeaky pedal

Wouldnt the squeaky pedal be under the basic warranty? Which is expired. But, I am going to try and bleed the hydraulic clutch or put fresh clutch fluid in the reservoir and see if that helps.
