So I ordered a new clutch...

On Monday December 3, 2007 and paid for a 2:30pm. I paid an extra $88 to have it 2nd day air shipped to my house because my car is just sitting at the dealership with the tranny off. When would you expect it to arrive? Tracking number says it will arrive Friday. I am pissed about paying the extra shipping cost and having it show up 5 days later.

depends what their policy is for filling an order. any decent shop should be able to, at the very latest, have it shipped out on tuesday for delivery on thursday. of course, weather permitting and in stock.

our company can pretty much ship anything out same day as long as it's at least an hour before pickup from whomever ex. ups, fed-ex, etc...

which day does the tracking # show as pickup for the package? if it's a problem with the courier.. u will/should get a portion of your money back.

So how much is your dealer charging you for the labor? Just curious, for when it's time to replace mine...

it says it was checked in on Wednesday December 5th. Dealer is replacing my tranny for free under warranty. He said the clutch/flywheel was cooked (which i believe it, hahha) So i ordered a JWT one off eBay, And its taking forever.
