Need Help Clutch Pedal!!!

Hey guys couple weeks ago I messed up. I changed my clutch and put a 6 puck in. Then I tried to shorten the pedal and my dumbass was turning the rod the wrong way. So then the rod poped out and I don't know how much the rod is supposed to go it. So I was wondering for the people that shorten the clutch if you would be able to take a picture of of the fork for me. So I could sort of get a idea of how it supposed to look like. Thanks for your help

seems like your best option is to find a willing local 6MT owner to let you disassemble part of their car so you can see how it's supposed to look. that is unless someone who actually knows what they hell they're talking about (ie, not me) comes in here and pitches in some real advice. the other easy option would be to get your hands on a repair manual. i believe there should be an electronic version floating around somewhere, or the local bookstore or library might have it. worst case, buy it from the dealership or order it online.

good luck!

dude, I looked in the service manual yesterday for you and I couldn't find anything on this. Best thing is to find someone who has already done this and have them take a picture.

Thanks a lot for your time. I figured it wouldn't be there. Thats what I was hoping that someone would find this thread that done this before, and would take a picture for me.

if you'll show me exactly what piece you need photographed, i will take a picture of mine (mine is not modified at all)

i just tried for about 10 minutes to get a pic of what i THINK you need to see, but it's close to impossible to get my D-SLR positioned correctly.... so just show me exactly what you need to see
