Tranny fluid change.

I'm thinking about flushing the transmission. I'm at 56.000 miles now, and i don't think the previous owner did that.
My question is: What type of tranny fluid should i get? Wich one is the best rated product? And also, i'm located in chicago area.
Can anyone help me with some information?
Thanks

I see you have a manual transmission. You do not flush a manual transmission. You just change the fluid. Drain and fill. It is not that expensive. Only automatic transmissions get flushed. Having said that, I have an automatic and am not sure what viscosity fluid to get, but would recommend synthetic regardless. I think a search for transmission fluid would get your answer.
