I have been quoted 380 at a local shop, I know several people from My350z have gone to the shop I am going to and they said it might be a bit pricey but "you get what you pay for". I know someone paid $500 for the installation but they had it done at a dealership.

Either way, whichever shop you bring it to make sure they know what their doing and have the proper tools/shims and whatever else is needed. Check your local forum and make a thread asking where people got their final drive installed at.

Everyone I have spoke to have absolutely no regrets with this modifications, I can't wait to slap this puppy on.

I'd be interested to hear what someone with F/I has to say on this.

For Turbo you will want taller gears, people go 3.3 gears when going turbo, that's if you're making above 400rwhp (Alberto@My350Z), otherwise people go for other gears that will suite them depending on the tune/power.

For Super Charged applications these gears actually complement it, as it throw you into the power-band more quickly.

That being said check out My350Z for more technical information.
