How much power is the 6MT limited to if going FI?

I actually need to know how much the stock transmission is capable of holding. Once I know a rough figure I'll know the rest.
EDIT: maybe I wasn't clear wnough, but without spending any kind of money for transmission upgrades, how much whp/wtq can be run safely?

This doesn't really give a streight answer. I mean you said "6psi of boost"..... that tells me nothing because 6psi with a GT42 will make 3 times the power of a T40 @ 6psi. I was under the impression that you guys boost your cars? Doesn't anybody know what kinda power the stock 6spd can hold without needing ANY upgrades besides the obvious (clutch and flywheel)?

Yes. 400whp/400wtq is the general rule of thumb to carry with these cars. After that you can run into some engine and tranny problems. It all depends on how you drive, and how good of a driver you are. Some people go months to years on the stock clutch... other's fry it in a week. Same goes for the engine.
So if you are wanting to slap on some boost, make some descent power with everything else being stock, then you're fine. Get a GREAT tune, respect it, and you will be able to have several thousdands of miles of fun. But always keep it in the back of your mind that THAT night could be the night something breaks... so don't wait too long, and keep upgrading!

The forced induction section on my350z is probably where you wanna be.
However, I don't think there's any magic number safe threshold for the transmission. A few guys have totally grenaded the tranny at 500hp to 600hp. I know that's a large number, but that's the best I can tell you. See Alberto, thawk408, and 350zcalb(there are more, but that's all I can remember off the top of my head).
Some guys break shift forks. Some guys complete eat off the teeth of the gears. Some guys will go forever on the tranny. The simple fact is that your question is *not* simple to answer; there just haven't been many 500+hp 6MT cars driving around long enough to have a statistically large enough sample size.
Of course, you want to start thinking about the axles above 450/500hp if you're drag racing. I've got 300 1/4 mile passes on my stock transmission, pumpkin, and axles, though I'm NA. The pumpkin is pretty stout. I've only read of a small number of people having pumpkin problems, and I don't think any one has actually totally destroyed the rear diff. People have had problems with the halfshafts shearing from the diff, or the diff actually becoming dislodged from the driveshaft though.
Here's a thread on my350z that looks at the 6mt internals and features a little bit of analysis: http://my350z.com/forum/forced-induc...internals.html
hope that helps.

Since you are asking about the lmiits of the stock tranny, we've hit 877whp DJ with the stock 6MT, and a Carbonetic Triple Disc Clutch no problem.
Now, for drag racing, and harsh shifting abuse, only time will tell. But it's safe to say that the stock 6MT can handle the 500-700whp cars we put out all the time. I can count on one hand..the number of customers that have had trans problems, and its usually the guys that beat the **** out of the cars on a daily basis.

The tranny can hold all kinds of power... but the stock clutch is a different story, right? This is getting confusing because he asked without doing ANYTHING to the tranny how much can it hold - I take that as tranny and the clutch. The stock clutch can't hold 500whp+ for long... That's a little more than double the whp the stock clutch was made for
