how difficult is it to install the rogue stshifter? I mean is there a lot involved as far as having to lift the car to get under the gearbox or anything, special tools, possible unexpected things that can happen.

Or should i just have a mech do it for me?

 

i was about to get that but i heard from many ppl who actually used it that it really hurts ur transmission

I wonder what they said, and how they came to that conclusion, especially seeing as how the shifter is the same basic design as many other brands... I've been driving with it for 6 months now...
