i have an act clutch and flywheel and when i have the clutch pushed in there is no sound coming from it, but when i release it u hear u chattering noise. is this normal? it shifts fine, i was just curious to what you would have to say?

 

That's the sound lightweight flywheels are supposed to make.


At least with my JWT clutch flywheel.

 

It is because your flywheel is too light, and the car is probably being under-driven. It is normal; my setup does the same.

I also have decel clutch buzz, which you should be thankful you don't have

 

i have the same setup. its normal dont worry about it. i usually play the radio louder so i dont hear it...lol
