AT question

Got an 03 VQ. Great car, but is the first AT I've owned. Can anyone tell me what the limits are (if any) on slipping in and out of AT/manual mode while at speed. I know revs have to be within range, but does it do any damage to the tranny?

Switch back bw at/manual mode as you please revs will compensate for themself. Pretty sturdy transmission imo
