i am having problems with my z1 street clutch and z1 flywheel as well. makes a LOUD knocking noise at idle with the clutch disengaged and a rattle/grinding noise under low rpm and sometimes between shifts. the clutch and flywheel are about 10 months old.

Honestly, clutch chatter is common with most aftermarkte and even some stock clutches. It's annoying as hell, but isn't hurting anything. My stock clutch made the very same noise as described.

ya thats what i keep hearing so i guess ill have to live with it. my first thought was that the throw out bearing was shot but everyone keeps telling me what your saying so ill take everyones word for it. i must say..the clutch/flywheel setup sure does hook up pretty good though. i have no complaints about its actual performance.
