Drivetrain Vibration

Just got a 05 6MT with 42000 miles about three month ago and I just noticed a vibration coming from the drive train while decelerating. It generally occurs between 2k and 4k rpms and only for about 200 rpms. The vibration stops if you disengage the clutch. It looks like the transmission has been dropped, but I do not know why. I’m thinking it may be the driveshaft, flywheel or worst-case something in the valve train. Just seeing if anybody has experienced this before.
