ITs been a while since i herd the noise but i realized where the sound is comming from.

I continue To hear the "Grinding noise" once i turn on the car.
When i put the clutch in the noise is gone. and when i take it out it comes back again.

Any ideas of what it could be becuase imstarting to feel a diffrence in my clutch.

I know its the clutch but how should i fix the problem?

 

^You just answered your own question- You know it's the clutch so bite the bullet and change it.

 

Clutch out noise = OK
Clutch in noise = NOT OK

You're probably OK. It's been explained a million times on this forum that these transmissions are noisy, and how to determine if the noise is good or bad.
