Clutch problem? Please help!!

So a couple days ago I changed my clutch on my '07 coupe to Nismo clutch disc/ Nismo lightweight flywheel/ new stock pressure plate (Nismo discontinued)/roller bearing/pivot ball etc..

I have read the threads about normal vibrations in the low rpm's and chatter. Mine has alot of chatter especially accelerating out of 1st and 2nd. Vibration is insane at 2k rpm in 4th gear, and vibration is still slightly there even closer to 4k rpm. Acceleration feels 5 times quicker over stock but during shifting clutch release is really low. I can only take my foot off about an inch before almost stalling, i guess i will have to adjust that or adjust to it! Also this clutch feels either off or on but my guess is that is normal with an unsprung disc...

I'd really appreciate any input as i'm no mechanic by far...

I will say this though, blast the music, ignore the vibration and go for a boot and its like im driving a completely different car. Especially hit the highway pop it in 6th and let that RAS kick in
